Interview Process

To maintain and increase the benchmark set by our services and people, it is imperative for us to select the right candidates. We assess candidates on technical and functional competencies and on their interpersonal skills.

Our interview process is simple


Human Resource Round: Candidates are tested on their behavioral parameters in this round. Majorly on Communication skill, Confidence and Compatibility with the company

Technical Round: Candidate will be assessed in technical skills in the areas in which he/she has applied for along with the general financial and business awareness.  This round shall be taken by the functional head.

Partner Round: This round is to assess overall fit in the organization and the team. It’s the partner ultimately who shall assess whether he would like you in the team or not after considering and giving due weightage to first two rounds.
